“Excel Electric LLC/Lance were excellent. I had several electrical issues caused by Irma. I called three companies who were local and already had 4 to 5-star ratings. It was a tough decision because I had a lot of issues to fix but my knowledge of electrical was very limited. We decided on Excel. I called and they sent a technician named Lance to my home. I liked that Excel shows you a picture of the technician before he arrives. Lance listened to me describe all the problems and inspected all of it. Then he gave me a quote and explained the billing to me. From the time we agreed to the project to when we completed all of it took under 2 hours. Lance went through everything he did with me and made sure it all worked. Lance was very personable, fast and highly professional. Excel guarantees the work for a year which adds to the value. Informative and worked long hours

“Electrical work is difficult, to say the least, and unless you are knowledgeable of what needs to be done, you have to trust whomever you hire. We found them to be informative and they worked long hours to get portions of the job done or we'd have been without power. Explained/informed us of what we needed to bring our home up to code regarding electrical issues. Found an area which even FPL had to come out and work on a place a person would've gotten shocked (from an air conditioning installation years ago). I recommend them highly.”
